Standard shipping is free over $100 CAD in Canada and $100 USD in the USA, and free over a local threshold in the UK, most of Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore (from £145 / €170). Most other countries check out through Managed Markets with duties and taxes included — no surprise fees on delivery. US orders are Delivered Duty Paid: duties are collected at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. The short version: sealed products and singles are final sale — as collectibles, they can't be returned once shipped due to tampering risk. Accessories, plush, Funko Pop! figures and board games can be returned within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. Orders can be cancelled before packing (pre-orders and orders over $400 carry a 5% fee, or take full store credit with no fee). Arrived damaged or wrong? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. EU & UK customers also have a 14-day cancellation right by law.
