Single card FAQs

Every card goes into a penny sleeve and a rigid toploader, sealed so it cannot slide out. Card Mail orders ship in a padded envelope. Tracked orders ship in a padded mailer with card stiffeners, and cards CA$100 and up ship in a box.

Card Mail is our CA$3 option in Canada for up to 5 single cards priced under CA$25 each. It goes by stamped Canada Post Lettermail, so it has no tracking and is slower: most envelopes arrive in 2 to 4 business days after dispatch, but please allow up to 10. It is not covered if lost or damaged in the mail.

For tracking and coverage, choose Standard Shipping at checkout: CA$7, or free over CA$100.

Card Mail only appears for orders shipping in Canada that hold nothing but up to 5 single cards under CA$25 each. A sixth card, a card CA$25 or more, a graded card or any other product switches it off, and your order ships tracked.

Yes, always tracked. In the UK, Switzerland, Sweden, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and 13 European countries, small card orders get a lower tracked card rate at checkout. Duties and import taxes depend on your country: see our Shipping Policy.

Single cards are final sale for change of mind, because we cannot verify that a returned card is the one we shipped. If we send the wrong card, or a tracked order arrives damaged, email info@quazacollect.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
