Quaza Collect - Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Every purchase at Quaza Collect is final. We do not offer returns, refunds (except where explicitly stated below), or exchanges under any circumstances. Due to the nature of our collectible products, such as trading cards, there is a high risk of tampering. We cannot confirm that returned items are the exact same as those originally shipped, and since we source exclusively from trusted suppliers to ensure authenticity and quality, this is not a risk we are willing to take.

SALE ITEMS & DISCOUNT CODES 
All items purchased with a discount code or during a sale period are FINAL SALE – no exceptions.

SINGLES
ALL SINGLES SALES ARE FINAL. Singles orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of pre-orders will incur a 5% processing fee (deducted from the refund). No exceptions. We do not cancel or refund pre-orders during release week under any circumstances.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS (Non Pre-Order Items Only)
Cancellations are only possible before the order has been packed or shipped. Email support@quazacollect.com immediately if you need to cancel. Once an order enters the packing or shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded. Refunds typically take 2–5 business days to process. Orders over $400 that are successfully cancelled before shipping will incur a 5% processing/restocking fee to cover non-refundable payment processor charges. You may choose full store credit instead of a refund (no fee applies for store credit).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sealed products for any reason. All sales are final. As explained above, this policy is in place due to potential tampering risks and our inability to verify that returned items match exactly what was shipped. Our commitment to sourcing from trusted places ensures product integrity, and we stand by this no-returns approach to maintain that standard.

STORE CREDIT
Store credit (when offered for cancellations) is issued to the account/email used for the original purchase. It is non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

TCG Accessories
We offer an exchange and returns for TCG accessories like sleeves, toploaders, binders, etc. given they are in new condition and packaging. These is only applicable for accessories. Some exclusions might apply.

DAMAGED, MISSING, OR FACTORY-DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We take great care in packing our products securely to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. However, sometimes issues can occur during shipping or from the factory. Here's how we handle them:

  • Minor shipping damage, like corner dings or small creases, and factory box imperfections are unfortunately common with TCG products. These don't qualify for refunds, replacements, or store credit, but we appreciate your understanding as we do our best to minimize them.
  • If you find missing or damaged cards/components inside a sealed product, please reach out to the manufacturer or publisher directly for replacements. We're more than happy to share their contact information to make this easier for you!
  • Should your item arrive significantly damaged or if it's the wrong item altogether, please email us at support@quazacollect.com within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos. We'll review your case thoughtfully and do our best to help, though we reserve the right to deny claims based on our assessment.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We do not offer price adjustments or partial refunds if an item goes on sale after purchase. If a pre-order price drops before shipping, we will issue the difference as store credit.
