The original Elgato Facecam, part number 10WAA9901, UPC 840006637806, is the 1080p60 webcam with an all-glass Elgato Prime Lens, f/2.4, 24 mm full-frame equivalent, 82 degree diagonal field of view and a Sony STARVIS CMOS sensor. Uncompressed output at 1080p60, 1080p30, 720p60, 720p30, 540p60 and 540p30 over USB 3.0 Type-C. Focus range 30 to 120 cm. No built-in microphone. Settings save to onboard flash. The body measures 58 x 80 x 48 mm without the mount and weighs 103 g without the privacy cap and mount. Windows 10 64-bit or newer, macOS 11 or newer. This is the original Facecam, not Facecam MK.2, Neo, Pro or 4K. Elgato has discontinued this SKU. This unit is brand new and factory sealed remaining stock. The short version: sealed products and singles are final sale — as collectibles, they can't be returned once shipped due to tampering risk. TCG accessories can be returned within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. Orders can be cancelled before packing (pre-orders and orders over $400 carry a 5% fee, or take full store credit with no fee). Arrived damaged or wrong? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. EU & UK customers also have a 14-day cancellation right by law.
