Where should I place my sensors?
Place SmartSensors up to 60 feet from your smart thermostat in important rooms like bedrooms and nurseries, and areas with hot or cold spots.
How many sensors do I need?
Since every home is unique it really depends on your personal preference. Each account can accommodate up to 32 sensors.
What about my pets?
Pets can wander freely around the SmartSensor and stay comfortable without affecting an occupancy reading.
The ecobee SmartSensor 2-pack for rooms, part number EB-RSHM2PKC-01, UPC 627988022109, holds two wireless remote sensors that report room temperature and occupancy to a compatible ecobee smart thermostat over a 915 MHz radio from up to 60 ft (18 m) away. Each sensor measures 40 x 40 x 26.4 mm, or 50 mm tall on its stand, in white with a brushed steel detachable stand. The occupancy sensor covers 140° horizontal and 100° vertical out to 20 ft (6 m). Each sensor runs on a CR2477 coin cell, included, rated for up to 5 years. Each one stands on its base or mounts on a wall with the adhesive bracket, for indoor use only. One ecobee account takes up to 32 sensors. Motion alerts while the home is armed use an ecobee Smart Security subscription. Ships brand new and factory sealed from Toronto, Canada.

United States: by weight from $9 USD, free on orders of $100 USD or more, with duties collected at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. UK, much of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan and the UAE: direct by Canada Post, priced by the weight of your parcel and shown at checkout before you pay. A single card ships for £9.50 to the UK, €11 to most of Europe, A$21 to Australia and US$13 to Japan. Import charges, if any, are paid on delivery, except in the UK (none up to £135), Australia (none up to A$1,000), New Zealand (none up to NZ$1,000) and Singapore (none up to S$400 including shipping). For European orders, your cart shows an estimate. Most other countries check out with duties and taxes included and ship by DHL Express or FedEx. Canada Post has paused some European routes, including Germany and France. Some Japanese products ship directly from Japan: orders placed by 2 pm Japan time ship the same business day and arrive in 2-5 business days.

Unopened returns within 14 days. Changed your mind? An unused item still in its original factory seal can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email info@quazacollect.com first for the return address. Return postage is at your cost, and a 15% restocking fee (minimum $20 CAD) is deducted from the refund. Opened electronics can't be returned for a change of mind.
Warranty through the manufacturer. If a device develops a fault, contact the brand's support team for a repair or replacement. We'll send you a copy of your order invoice as proof of purchase.
