Accessories, plush, Funko Pop! figures and board games can be returned within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. Orders can be cancelled before packing (pre-orders and orders over $400 carry a 5% fee, or take full store credit with no fee). Arrived damaged or wrong? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. EU & UK customers also have a 14-day cancellation right by law.

Will Pokémon cards fit?

Yes. They are sized for standard 2-1/2" x 3-1/2" cards such as Pokémon and other TCG cards.

How thick a card will fit?

Up to 35 points. Thicker cards such as relic or patch cards need a larger-point holder.

Should I use a sleeve too?

Yes, Ultra PRO recommends a penny sleeve first, then the toploader.

UK, Europe, Switzerland, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore: no. Any duties, VAT, brokerage or import fees your country charges are the customer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier on or before delivery. Trading cards usually have no or low duties.

We declare the full value of every package and mark it as merchandise. We never mark packages as gifts or undervalue them.
