This is a sealed Pokémon Center Online Japan exclusive Special Box issued to mark the reopening of Pokémon Center Hiroshima, which moved into the Minamoa shopping centre and reopened on 11 April 2025. Contents are one mirror foil promo card of Hiroshima's Pikachu, numbered 261/SV-P, one set of 64 deck sleeves, one deck box and one long card storage box. There are no booster packs in this box. The promo card is Japanese language and all printed material is Japanese: this is a Japanese market product with no English cards. It was sold in Japan by lottery through Pokémon Center Online, with applications taken 13 to 17 June 2025 and shipments beginning in early September 2025. It suits Pokémon Center location promo collectors, Pikachu specialists and Japanese exclusive collectors. Ships factory sealed from Toronto, Canada.
