The short version: all sales on sealed products and singles are final — as collectibles, they can't be returned once shipped due to tampering risk. TCG accessories (sleeves, toploaders, binders) can be exchanged or returned in new condition. Orders can be cancelled before packing (pre-orders and orders over $400 carry a 5% processing fee, or take full store credit with no fee). If something arrives significantly damaged or wrong, email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
