United States: $7 USD, free on orders of $100 USD or more, with duties collected at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. UK, much of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan and the UAE: direct by Canada Post, priced by the weight of your parcel and shown at checkout before you pay. Import charges, if any, are paid on delivery, except in the UK (none up to £135), Australia and New Zealand (none up to $1,000) and Singapore (none up to S$400). Unopened returns within 14 days. Changed your mind? An unused item still in its original factory seal can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email info@quazacollect.com first for the return address. Return postage is at your cost, and a 15% restocking fee (minimum $20 CAD) is deducted from the refund. Opened electronics can't be returned for a change of mind.
Warranty through the manufacturer. If a device develops a fault, contact the brand's support team for a repair or replacement. We'll send you a copy of your order invoice as proof of purchase.
