The j5create JTD562 is an 8K Thunderbolt 4 docking station with 11 ports. Part number JTD562, UPC 847626006319. This is the North American version. Its 135 W AC adapter takes 110 to 240 V and has a North American plug, so it is sold to Canada and the US only. The dock connects to the computer through its Thunderbolt 4 host port and the included 0.7 m Thunderbolt 4 cable. It charges the laptop at up to 96 W over the same cable. The other ports are three Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports at 40 Gbps, three USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports at 10 Gbps, one USB 2.0 Type-A port with BC1.2 charging at 7.5 W, an SD 4.0 UHS-II card reader at up to 312 MB/s, a 3.5 mm combo audio jack and a Gigabit Ethernet port. Video goes out through the three Thunderbolt 4 ports. j5create lists one 8K display at 60 Hz with DSC, one 8K display at 30 Hz, one 4K display at up to 144 Hz with DSC, or two 4K displays at 60 Hz. j5create also lists dual 6K at 60 Hz on Macs with an M1/M2 Pro, Max or Ultra chip. An 8K display is needed for 7680 x 4320. The two included JCA141 cables connect DisplayPort monitors to the Thunderbolt 4 ports. j5create lists an available Thunderbolt 4 port as the system requirement and states the dock is backwards compatible with Thunderbolt 3. On a USB 3.2 host port, speed or features may be limited. j5create lists MacBook Pro 2016 and later, the 2021 iMac M1, the 2019 and 2017 iMac, iMac Pro, the 2021 iPad Pro M1, Surface Pro 8 and Surface Laptop Studio as compatible. The housing is aluminum in space grey with black end caps, and it has a security lock slot. The dock measures 194 x 84.4 x 30.9 mm and weighs 411 g. It is Intel Thunderbolt 4 certified and has no battery. Ships brand new and factory sealed from Toronto, Canada.

Import charges, if any, are paid on delivery, except in the UK (none up to £135), Australia and New Zealand (none up to $1,000) and Singapore (none up to S$400). For European orders, your cart shows an estimate. Most other countries check out with duties and taxes included and ship by DHL Express or FedEx. Canada Post has paused some European routes, including Germany and France. Some Japanese products ship directly from Japan.

Unopened returns within 14 days. Changed your mind? An unused item still in its original factory seal can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email info@quazacollect.com first for the return address. Return postage is at your cost, and a 15% restocking fee (minimum $20 CAD) is deducted from the refund. Opened electronics can't be returned for a change of mind.
