Return Policy
The short version: sealed products and singles are final sale — as collectibles, they can't be returned once shipped due to tampering risk. Accessories, plush, Funko Pop! figures and board games can be returned within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. Orders can be cancelled before packing (pre-orders and orders over $400 carry a 5% fee, or take full store credit with no fee). Arrived damaged or wrong? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. EU & UK customers also have a 14-day cancellation right by law.
