Ultra PRO rates them to hold standard size 2-1/2 inch by 3-1/2 inch (63.5mm x 88.9mm) trading cards up to 35 points in thickness, which covers ordinary Pokemon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh and sports base cards. The film is clear non-PVC, acid-free and archival-safe polypropylene, which Ultra PRO measures at 45 micron front and back. Ultra PRO's own guidance is to slide a card into a penny sleeve before it goes into a 3 inch by 4 inch toploader, giving two layers between the card and the outside world. The short version: sealed products and singles are final sale — as collectibles, they can't be returned once shipped due to tampering risk. TCG accessories can be returned within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. Orders can be cancelled before packing (pre-orders and orders over $400 carry a 5% fee, or take full store credit with no fee). Arrived damaged or wrong? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. EU & UK customers also have a 14-day cancellation right by law.
