Classic Arbok #3/165 Reverse Holo from the groundbreaking 2002 Expedition Base Set — the first English set to introduce the revolutionary e-Card functionality and reverse holofoil treatment on every card.
Released September 15, 2002 as the launch set of the Wizards of the Coast e-Reader era, Expedition marked the transition from the original WOTC black-border design to the modern silver-border style still used today. Its reverse holos remain some of the most visually striking foils in Pokémon TCG history due to the unique holographic pattern over the entire card surface.

PSA 8 Near Mint-Mint💎
A PSA NM-MT 8 is a super high-end card that appears Mint 9 at first glance, but upon closer inspection, the card can exhibit the following: a very slight wax stain on reverse, slightest fraying at one or two corners, a minor printing imperfection, and/or slightly off-white borders. Centering must be approximately 65/35 or better on the front and 90/10 or better on the reverse.
