Sleep tracking needs the camera in the Nanit Floor Stand or overhead in the Wall Mount. Unopened returns within 14 days. Changed your mind? An unused item still in its original factory seal can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email info@quazacollect.com first for the return address. Return postage is at your cost, and a 15% restocking fee (minimum $20 CAD) is deducted from the refund. Opened electronics can't be returned for a change of mind.
Warranty through the manufacturer. If a device develops a fault, contact the brand's support team for a repair or replacement. We'll send you a copy of your order invoice as proof of purchase.
