What a Stellar Tera Pokémon ex actually is
A Stellar Tera Pokémon ex has a special stellar attack named after a gemstone, and each one costs three different types of Energy to use. The cards carry illustrations that highlight the crystalline look of the Stellar form. Stellar Crown has four: Terapagos ex 128/142, Cinderace ex 028/142, Lapras ex 032/142 and Galvantula ex 051/142.
Galvantula ex attacks with Fulgurite, which needs three different types of Energy. Terapagos ex does more damage for each Pokémon on your Bench.
The Trainers are built around that cost. Crispin 133/142 searches your deck for up to two Basic Energy cards of different types, puts one into your hand and attaches the other to one of your Pokémon. Area Zero Underdepths 131/142 expands your Bench from five to eight as long as you have a Tera Pokémon in play. Gravity Gemstone 137/142 raises the Energy your opponent's Active Pokémon needs to retreat. Deluxe Bomb 134/142, Grand Tree 136/142 and Sparkling Crystal 142/142 are the three ACE SPEC Rares.
Tournament status
Standard legality follows the regulation mark printed on each card, whatever set it came from. Cards with the G mark left the Standard format on March 26, 2026 on Pokémon TCG Live and on April 10, 2026 at in-person events. Expanded still covers the Black & White Series onward.

How the card list is built
The official card list numbers the main set 001 to 142 and the secret rares past it to 175. Illustration Rares run 143 to 155 and Ultra Rares 156 to 166. Special Illustration Rares are 167 to 172, and the Hyper Rares close the list at 173 to 175. The set has 10 Pokémon ex alongside the four Stellar Tera Pokémon ex.
