Return Policy
The short version: sealed products and singles are final sale — as collectibles, they can't be returned once shipped due to tampering risk. TCG accessories can be returned within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. Orders can be cancelled before packing (pre-orders and orders over $400 carry a 5% fee, or take full store credit with no fee). Arrived damaged or wrong? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. EU & UK customers also have a 14-day cancellation right by law.
