The short version: we ship worldwide from Canada, tracked, within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping is free over $100 CAD in Canada and $100 USD in the USA, and free over a local threshold in the UK, most of Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore (from £145 / €170). Most other countries check out through Managed Markets with duties and taxes included — no surprise fees on delivery. For direct-shipped international orders, any import charges are the customer's responsibility. Your exact rate always shows at checkout before you pay.

The short version: sealed products and singles are final sale — as collectibles, they can't be returned once shipped due to tampering risk. TCG accessories can be returned within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. Orders can be cancelled before packing (pre-orders and orders over $400 carry a 5% fee, or take full store credit with no fee). Arrived damaged or wrong? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. EU & UK customers also have a 14-day cancellation right by law.
