The short version: we ship worldwide from Canada, tracked, within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping is free over $100 CAD in Canada and $100 USD in the USA, and free over a local threshold in the UK, most of Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore (from £145 / €170). Most other countries check out through Managed Markets with duties and taxes included — no surprise fees on delivery. US orders are Delivered Duty Paid: duties are collected at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. For other direct-shipped international orders, any import charges are the customer's responsibility. Your exact rate always shows at checkout before you pay.
