Shipping Rates (all shipments are tracked & insured)
We offer Free Standard Shipping over $100 within Canada and the USA, and over $250 for our other international flat-rate destinations.
For orders below those amounts, we offer competitive flat shipping rates, shown at checkout.
For some destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Either way, your exact rate is always shown before you pay.
Carriers We Use
We ship with Canada Post, PostNord, AusPost, Royal Mail, PosteItaliane, Swiss Post, DHL, UPS, PostNL and USPS. We always pick the fastest, most reliable, and cost-effective postal service for your location.
Important Notes for International Orders
- All duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other import charges are 100% the customer’s responsibility.
- Trading cards usually have no or low duties for most countries. Taxes/VAT applicable on delivery where applicable.
- We declare the full value of the package and mark it as merchandise — we never mark packages as gifts or undervalue them.
- Customs delays or inspections are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (pre-orders ship on or just before release date).
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)
For standard shipping:
- Canada: 2–4 business days
- USA: 2–5 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Switzerland, EU, United Kingdom, Singapore, Sweden: 4–12 business days
We use tracked shipping with Canada Post, which hands over to your local carrier (e.g., USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK, PostNord for Sweden) for final delivery.
For express shipping:
- Canada: 1–3 business days
- USA: 1–4 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Switzerland, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Sweden: 2-5 business days
For express International orders, we try to use the best possible express shipping method. Our goal is to make shipping worldwide convenient.
These are estimates. Times can be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or customs clearance.
Packages Returned to Sender
- Customer error (wrong address, unclaimed, refused, etc.): You pay original shipping + all return fees. Reshipping is charged at current rates.
- If you no longer want the items, original shipping + return fees are deducted from any refund.
- Our error: We reship for free or give a full refund — your choice.
Package Marked “Delivered” But Missing
Once tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered complete. We are not responsible for packages stolen or misdelivered after the carrier marks them delivered.
Package lost in shipment
If a package is confirmed lost or damaged—with tracking information showing the status and our shipping partner verifying it—we will issue a full refund.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Every purchase at Quaza Collect is final. We do not offer returns, refunds (except where explicitly stated below), or exchanges under any circumstances. Due to the nature of our collectible products, such as trading cards, there is a high risk of tampering. We cannot confirm that returned items are the exact same as those originally shipped, and since we source exclusively from trusted suppliers to ensure authenticity and quality, this is not a risk we are willing to take.
SALE ITEMS & DISCOUNT CODES
All items purchased with a discount code or during a sale period are FINAL SALE – no exceptions.
SINGLES
ALL SINGLES SALES ARE FINAL. Singles orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of pre-orders will incur a 5% processing fee (deducted from the refund). No exceptions. We do not cancel or refund pre-orders during release week under any circumstances.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS (Non Pre-Order Items Only)
Cancellations are only possible before the order has been packed or shipped. Email support@quazacollect.com immediately if you need to cancel. Once an order enters the packing or shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded. Refunds typically take 2–5 business days to process. Orders over $400 that are successfully cancelled before shipping will incur a 5% processing/restocking fee to cover non-refundable payment processor charges. You may choose full store credit instead of a refund (no fee applies for store credit).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products for any reason. All sales are final. As explained above, this policy is in place due to potential tampering risks and our inability to verify that returned items match exactly what was shipped. Our commitment to sourcing from trusted places ensures product integrity, and we stand by this no-returns approach to maintain that standard.
