The short version: we ship from Toronto, and most orders leave the same business day. Standard and Express shipping are tracked. Canada: $7 CAD, free on orders of $100 CAD or more. United States: $7 USD, free on orders of $100 USD or more, with duties collected at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. UK, much of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan and the UAE: direct by Canada Post, priced by the weight of your parcel and shown at checkout before you pay. Import charges, if any, are paid on delivery, except in the UK (none up to £135), Australia and New Zealand (none up to $1,000) and Singapore (none up to S$400). For European orders, your cart shows an estimate. Most other countries check out with duties and taxes included and ship by DHL Express or FedEx. Canada Post has paused some European routes, including Germany and France. Some Japanese products ship directly from Japan.

The short version: sealed products and singles are final sale — as collectibles, they can't be returned once shipped due to tampering risk. Accessories, plush, Funko Pop! figures and board games can be returned within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. Orders can be cancelled before packing (pre-orders and orders over $400 carry a 5% fee, or take full store credit with no fee). Arrived damaged or wrong? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. EU & UK customers also have a 14-day cancellation right by law.
