Yes. We ship tracked from Toronto with Canada Post to the United States, the UK, much of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan and the UAE. Most other countries check out through our partner with duties included and ship by DHL Express or FedEx.

Canada Post has paused some European routes, including Germany and France. Our Japanese products marked Ships from Japan still ship there.

United States: yes. Orders are Delivered Duty Paid. Duties are collected at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

Mexico, Brazil, India and most other countries that check out through our partner: yes. Duties and import taxes are calculated and included in your checkout total, and your order ships by DHL Express or FedEx.

UK, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore: nothing to pay on delivery up to a limit. No import charges on delivery for orders up to £135 in the UK, $1,000 AUD or NZD in Australia and New Zealand, and $400 SGD in Singapore (including shipping). Above £135, UK VAT, duty and Royal Mail’s fee are due on delivery.

Europe, Switzerland, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan and the UAE: no. Import VAT, any duty and your post’s fee are collected by your local post on or before delivery and are the customer’s responsibility. For European orders shipped from Toronto, your cart shows an estimate before you pay. In Switzerland, small orders often arrive with nothing to pay.

We declare the full value of every package and mark it as merchandise. We never mark packages as gifts or undervalue them.
We use HS Code 9504.40 for trading cards.

Most orders ship from Toronto the same business day. Orders placed late in the day, on a weekend or on a holiday go out the next business day.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

• Canada: 2-5 business days (Express: 1-2)
• United States: 3-7 business days
• Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Malta, Croatia, the Baltics, Norway and Iceland: 4-8 business days
• UK, Sweden and Switzerland: 4-11 business days
• Australia, New Zealand and Singapore: 4-12 business days
• Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan and the UAE: 6-12 business days
• Countries served by DHL Express or FedEx: usually 2-7 business days

Standard and Express orders include a tracking number.

Canada and the United States: $7, free on orders of $100 or more (CAD in Canada, USD in the US). Express in Canada is $15 CAD.

Everywhere else we ship direct: shipping is priced by weight, from €8, £7, 100 kr or A$18 for a light parcel, so a few single cards cost less to send than a booster box.

Countries served by DHL Express or FedEx: shipping is calculated at checkout, with duties included.
