Sennheiser CX True Wireless earbuds in black, model CX200TW1, Sennheiser article 508973, UPC 615104355040. 7 mm TrueResponse dynamic drivers, closed-back, 5 Hz to 21 kHz. Bluetooth 5.2 with aptX, AAC and SBC, and A2DP, AVRCP and HFP profiles. Four microphones in two beamforming arrays for calls. Passive noise cancellation, customizable touch controls, IPX4 splash resistance, and Bass Boost and equalizer settings in the Sennheiser Smart Control app. Up to 9 hours of playback from the earbuds and up to 27 hours with the charging case. A full charge takes 1.5 hours, and 15 minutes gives 1 hour of play. Charges over USB-C. Built-in lithium-ion batteries in the earbuds and the case. Earbud 6 g, case 37 g. Standard shipping is free over $100 CAD in Canada and $100 USD in the USA, and free over a local threshold in the UK, most of Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore (from £145 / €170). Most other countries check out through Managed Markets with duties and taxes included — no surprise fees on delivery. US orders are Delivered Duty Paid: duties are collected at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. For other direct-shipped international orders, any import charges are the customer's responsibility. Your exact rate always shows at checkout before you pay.

Unopened returns within 14 days. Changed your mind? An unused item still in its original factory seal can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email info@quazacollect.com first for the return address. Return postage is at your cost, and a 15% restocking fee (minimum $20 CAD) is deducted from the refund. Opened electronics can't be returned for a change of mind.
Warranty through the manufacturer. If a device develops a fault, contact the brand's support team for a repair or replacement. We'll send you a copy of your order invoice as proof of purchase.
