Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Every purchase at Quaza Collect is final. We do not offer returns, refunds (except where explicitly stated below), or exchanges under any circumstances. Due to the nature of our collectible products, such as trading cards, there is a high risk of tampering. We cannot confirm that returned items are the exact same as those originally shipped, and since we source exclusively from trusted suppliers to ensure authenticity and quality, this is not a risk we are willing to take.
SALE ITEMS & DISCOUNT CODES
All items purchased with a discount code or during a sale period are FINAL SALE – no exceptions.
SINGLES
ALL SINGLES SALES ARE FINAL. Singles orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of pre-orders will incur a 5% processing fee (deducted from the refund). No exceptions. We do not cancel or refund pre-orders during release week under any circumstances.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS (Non Pre-Order Items Only)
Cancellations are only possible before the order has been packed or shipped. Email support@quazacollect.com immediately if you need to cancel. Once an order enters the packing or shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded. Refunds typically take 2–5 business days to process. Orders over $400 that are successfully cancelled before shipping will incur a 5% processing/restocking fee to cover non-refundable payment processor charges. You may choose full store credit instead of a refund (no fee applies for store credit).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products for any reason. All sales are final. As explained above, this policy is in place due to potential tampering risks and our inability to verify that returned items match exactly what was shipped. Our commitment to sourcing from trusted places ensures product integrity, and we stand by this no-returns approach to maintain that standard.
