Pokémon TCG Delta Reign: Official Cards, ETB & November 6 Release

On November 6, 2026, Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution Delta Reign releases worldwide. The Elite Trainer Box is $49.99 USD. It is the English printing of Japan's Storm Emeralda, with unique cards from the MEGA Starter Decks. Kyogre's Illustration Rare is not in English booster packs. It is the Elite Trainer Box promo instead. On August 20, The Pokémon Company International published official English text for six cards, including Mega Rayquaza ex at 084/103, a Colorless Basic with 280 HP.

The four Mega Evolution ex

On August 20, The Pokémon Company published six official English cards. Four are Mega Evolution ex. The other two make up Legendary Summit. Tap a card to zoom.

Mega Rayquaza ex

Mega Rayquaza ex is a Colorless Basic Mega Evolution ex. 280 HP, Lightning weakness ×2, Fighting resistance −30, retreat 2. Numbered 084/103, English set DLR EN, regulation mark J.

Ruler's Roar is optional. Once during your turn, when you play this Pokémon from your hand onto your Bench, you may use it. Look at the top 4 cards of your deck and attach a Basic Energy you find there to Mega Rayquaza ex. Shuffle the rest to the bottom of your deck. If those 4 cards hold no Basic Energy, nothing attaches.

Storm Emerald costs Fire, Lightning, and Colorless. It does 50 damage for each Fire Energy and each Lightning Energy attached to all of your Pokémon. As a Mega Evolution ex, it gives up 3 Prize cards when it is Knocked Out.

The August 20 press says the last English Mega Rayquaza was in XY Ancient Origins. The first English printing was in Roaring Skies.

Legendary Summit

Two physical cards with the same name, played together as one Stadium. PokeBeach compared the layout to HeartGold & SoulSilver LEGEND cards. Any booster that contains a Legendary Stadium includes both halves.

You cannot play this card by itself. You must combine 2 different Legendary Summit cards from your hand to play them as 1 Stadium. While this Stadium is in play, whenever a Colorless Pokémon is Knocked Out by damage from an attack from the opponent's Pokémon, that player takes 1 fewer Prize card. That applies to both players. A Knocked Out Mega Rayquaza ex then gives up 2 Prize cards instead of 3.

Both halves are named Legendary Summit, so the four-copy rule caps a deck at two complete pairs, four cards of the same name. The right half also carries the usual Stadium restriction. You cannot play a Stadium with the same name over this one.

The Pokémon Company announced three Legendary Stadium pairs, six Stadium cards in total. Only Legendary Summit has official English text so far. The other two pairs exist in the Japanese set. English names for those pairs are not on the August 20 scans. The Storm Emeralda card list has the Japanese printings.

Mega Golisopod, Mega Golurk, Mega Malamar

The other three are Stage 1. Rayquaza is the only Basic.

Mega Golisopod ex is Grass, 340 HP, evolves from Wimpod, numbered 011/103. Finishing Blow does 60, plus 160 if the opponent's Active already has damage counters. Quadruple Hold does 160 and stops the Defending Pokémon from retreating next turn.

Mega Golurk ex is Psychic, 350 HP, evolves from Golett, numbered 047/103. It has the highest HP of the four. Restricted Activation blocks its attacks unless you have 10 or more cards in hand. Goliath's Punch does 300, then 30 to itself.

Mega Malamar ex is Darkness, 320 HP, evolves from Inkay, numbered 069/103. Psychic Marionette does 70 damage for each of the opponent's Benched Pokémon. Eerie Wave does 200 and Confuses the Active.

What English adds, and what it cuts

PokeBeach's August 20 breakdown says English should include 110+ cards from Storm Emeralda plus the 30 unique cards from the MEGA Starter Decks (Eevee ex, Zoroark ex, and Meowscarada ex). That would be the first English combination set since Phantasmal Flames. Two cuts are already named.

Kyogre's Illustration Rare is out of the pullable English set. It is the Elite Trainer Box promo instead. The Pokémon Center ETB adds a second copy with a Pokémon Center stamp. Both copies use promo number MEP EN 117. English also drops one of seven Pokémon ex so the set holds six. The Japanese candidates are Heat Rotom, Wishiwashi, Raikou, Talonflame, Eevee, Meowscarada, and Zoroark. Which one is cut is not confirmed.

English booster packs use four wraps, one for each Mega Evolution ex.

The product lineup

PokeBeach published the English product photography on August 20. Official US prices have not posted for every product. The Elite Trainer Box is $49.99 USD. The booster bundle is $26.94 USD. The booster box figure is 36 packs at $4.49. Other products are TBA.

Japan already printed this set

Storm Emeralda released in Japan on July 31 as M6. 113 cards, ¥200 a pack, ¥6,000 a box. Quaza Collect lists the Japanese box at CA$249.99.

Canadian market prices for these Japanese prints are on the Storm Emeralda card list, the secret rare guide, and Quaza Track. The box is ¥6,000 in Japan.
