Storm Emeralda's 37 secret rares went public three days before the set released. PokeBeach published the complete 077/076–113/076 list on July 28 from card photos fans had been posting to social media , how the cards got out was never stated, and the official Pokémon Card database listed none of them at the time. Here is the full board with card art, what the tracked ones cost in Canadian dollars on Quaza Track, and the one illustrator attribution that is verified. For the complete 113-card set list, searchable by number or name, see our Storm Emeralda card list.
Updated August 21: the set has been out three weeks, the rarity tiers below are confirmed, and the gold Mega Rayquaza ex at 113 now has a tracked price of its own. The short version still holds: the Mega Ultra Rare came in well above what either outlet expected, and the mid-tier Special Art Rares came in far below.
The chase cards
Two different cards can be the best one. The gold Mega Rayquaza ex at 113 is the rarity chase: the set's only Mega Ultra Rare, its last card, roughly a one in fifty box pull, and now the most expensive card we track in the set at CA$1,240.65. The Special Art Rare at 110 is the one the set will be remembered for, a full-art Rayquaza by Kazuki Minami, tracking at CA$930.57. Scarcity took the top slot once 113 started trading. The art card is still the one sitting in a different league from everything else in the set.
Two cards are doing almost all of the work. The gold 113 and the Minami 110 both sit hundreds of dollars above Raikou ex SAR 108 at CA$112.31, and every Illustration Rare in the set is well below that. For a box opener that means the realistic outcome is an AR, not the headline card. For a singles buyer it means 110 and 113 are the cards the market prices as singles, not as a pull.
It does not stand alone. Storm Emeralda builds its art around the Hoenn weather trio, which is the point of an Emerald-themed set: Rayquaza at 110, Groudon at 084 and Kyogre at 080. Those three are the signature arts. Filter by rarity below, and tap any card to see it full size.

How the list got out
- All 76 main-set cards officially revealed; our Storm Emeralda guide covers them
- Two Illustration Rares surface ahead of the rest: Growlithe 078 and Groudon 084
- PokeBeach publishes the complete secret-rare list from card photos posted to social media by fans
- Storm Emeralda releases in Japan; shops list the cards for real and the predictions meet supply
- All four rarity blocks confirmed and the market separates: the Minami Special Art Rare at 110 tracks at CA$1,184.75, roughly 10x the rest of the set
PokeBeach's wording is careful and so is ours: the cards are "being posted to social media by fans." Whether that means early-opened product, distributor photos or something else is not stated anywhere, so we are not going to guess. What mattered for collectors is that the full secret-rare board went public three days early, ahead of anything official, and that release then confirmed it card for card.
Storm Emeralda secret rare list: all 37 cards
The tiers below were originally inferred from the numbering blocks the MEGA series has used all year, and release confirmed every one of them: 12 AR at 077 to 088, 18 SR at 089 to 106, 6 SAR at 107 to 112 and the single MUR at 113. This is the secret-rare block only; the full 113-card list carries the main set alongside these and can be searched by number, English name or Japanese name. English names here are community translations until Delta Reign arrives in November.

That is 12 Illustration Rares, 8 Super Rare Pokémon ex, 10 Trainer and Energy secrets, 6 Special Art Rares and one Mega Ultra Rare, all confirmed at release. Mega Malamar ex is notable for what it does not get: an SR but no SAR, the only Mega ex in the secret list without a Special Art Rare counterpart. We did not embed the leaked images when this went up because none of the cards existed on an official source at the time; the photo sets are on PokeBeach and PokeGuardian.
The one verified attribution: the Minami Rayquaza
PokeBeach reports that the Mega Rayquaza ex Special Art Rare at 110/076 is illustrated by Kazuki Minami, the Grand Prize winner of the Pokémon TCG Illustration Contest 2024 , and that it is only the second card Minami has drawn. The first checks out: Minami's contest-winning Pikachu became an official promo card in February 2025. A contest winner's second-ever card, on the set's flagship Pokémon, at SAR, is the kind of detail that tends to concentrate demand; it is also the only illustrator attribution in the leak we could verify against an official source.
What release day settled
Before July 31 no shop had sold one of these 37 cards, so every yen figure in circulation was an editorial forecast rather than a price, and two outlets publishing the same week disagreed with each other by 2 to 4x on the same card. Release replaced all of it: the official database added the secret prints, all four inferred rarity blocks were confirmed exactly as numbered, and real singles started trading. Every number on this page is from that traded data.
Quaza Track prices are our own, rebuilt daily from market data and converted to Canadian dollars. A card only gets a figure once there is enough trading behind it to mean something. All four Mega Rayquaza ex prints now clear that bar, including 095 and 113.
For the other half of the set, our Storm Emeralda card list carries all 113 cards with confirmed rarities, searchable by number or name, plus the Stadium pairs and the sealed lineup. The English versions of all 37 cards arrive with Delta Reign on November 6.
Frequently asked questions
How did the Storm Emeralda secret rares leak?
All PokeBeach states is that the cards are "being posted to social media by fans" as of July 28, three days before release. Whether that came from early-opened product or another source has not been reported.
Is the 37-card secret rare list official?
It is now. The list came from fan photos aggregated by PokeBeach and PokeGuardian, and the official Pokémon Card database listed none of the secret prints as of July 29. The set released on July 31 and confirmed all 37 cards and all four rarity blocks exactly as the numbering predicted.
What is the most valuable Storm Emeralda secret rare?
It depends which kind of best you mean. The gold Mega Rayquaza ex at 113 is the rarest, the set's only Mega Ultra Rare, about a one in fifty box pull, and the most expensive card we track, at CA$1,240.65. The Kazuki Minami Special Art Rare at 110 is the set's number one card on artwork, tracking at CA$930.57. Both sit well above Raikou ex SAR 108 at CA$112.31.
What are the chase cards in Storm Emeralda?
Twelve, and three of them define the set: the Mega Rayquaza ex Special Art Rare at 110 with the Groudon 084 and Kyogre 080 Illustration Rares, the Hoenn weather trio. The gold Mega Rayquaza ex at 113 is the rarity chase above them. The rest are the remaining Special Art Rares at 107 to 112, the Super Rares at 095 and 096, and the Kecleon Illustration Rare. All twelve are pictured above. Outside the packs, the tournament-promo Mega Gallade ex Special Art Rare 137/M-P is the one chase you cannot open.
How much is Mega Rayquaza ex worth?
Storm Emeralda carries four prints of it: the Double Rare at 058 from the main set, the Super Rare at 095, the Kazuki Minami Special Art Rare at 110 and the Mega Ultra Rare at 113. All four now have tracked prices. The 058 is a common pull at CA$4.41. The Super Rare at 095 tracks at CA$67.37. The Special Art Rare at 110 is CA$930.57. The gold 113 is CA$1,240.65.
Where do these prices come from?
Quaza Track, our own price series. We track 26 Storm Emeralda products daily and quote them in Canadian dollars, so the figures on this page are measured rather than estimated. A card with no verifiable trades is left off rather than given a guessed number.
Japanese sealed at Quaza Collect
